• Co-ordinate budget objectives of the responsibility area on the SME business to ensure targets are achieved as per approved budget.
• Preparing budget and projections for the SME business. The budget to include the list of existing, prospective and potential customers to benefit from the loan product
• Ensure that customer satisfaction for the SME products are achieved by providing accurate advise for selling in line with customers expectations.
• Monitor and ensure SME business portfolio performance is go.od and within the acceptable risk level.
• Perform other duties as may be directed or assigned by his/her superior.

Key Accountabilities /Responsibilities
To provide leadership in the airline’s ICT function and initiatives and to ensure the airline utilises ICT to be more efficient and competitive.
To work with all the key business functions and senior management to create an effective ICT Strategy that clearly supports the Business Strategy. Lead, co-ordinate and ensure the successful implementation of the strategy.
Create an effective partnership with all business areas, and get their buy-in and involvement in ICT systems implementation, security, controls, and any other necessary functional aspects.
Lead, develop and motivate the ICT Staff to ensure they perform to, and/or exceed expected standards.
Put in place an effective ICT organization and resource it appropriately, to provide fully effective operations, infrastructure, implementation projects, security and continuity as will be required by the airline throughout its network.
Put in place the appropriate and relevant ICT solutions, ensuring positive value-for-money in all areas.
Effectively manage the ICT function financial budget, both capital and operating.
Ensure that standards are applied in all the technology solutions and services, and appropriately benchmark to airline industry and other best-practice standards.
Create effective partnerships with vendors and solution providers to implement or operate the airline’s ICT solutions, and effectively utilise and manage them to enhance the effect of ICT on the airline.

At least 5 years working experience of Telecoms, Networks, Systems Infrastructure, Implementation Methodologies, Security, Continuity and ICT governance.
Proven track record of formulating and executing ICT strategies.
Project Management skills.
Airline ICT Management experience will be an advantage.

Purpose;
The General Support Officer executes daily financial, personnel administrative, logistical and secretarial support, based on the relevant administrative, financial and HR guidelines and directions and in consultation with the Finance Officer, in order to enable the organisation to deliver on its primary responsibilities.
One of the positions is oriented towards financial tasks, with primary reporting to the country Finance Officer.
The other position is part of a project funded by the Master Card Foundation on supporting youth employment, and has a stronger logistical component, with reporting to the Project Manager.
Main Responsibilities
General Support Officer, Finance administration support
Record financial transactions in ledger system
Prepare and check monthly, quarterly and annual financial accounts
Forecasts and project depletion for submission to the Finance Officer
Follow up on receipts and payments
Reconcile bank balances and manage liquidity levels, based on guidelines of the Finance Officer and Financial procedures
Take care of petty cash and supplier payment
Correction account for SNV Accounts and accruals for all prepayments costs

Candidate profile:
The General Support Officer shall possess the following qualifications:
Education:
Degree in accounting, financial Management or related fields, (MBA preferably)
Added advance Professional accounting qualifications (such as CPA,CIMA, ACCA)
Work experience and knowledge:
Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in a similar position

Qualifications and Experience:
A holder of University Degree or Advance Diploma in Finance or Accounting and/or CPA
Working experience of at least 4 years in Finance, Accounting or Taxation roles from a reputable organization.
Good communication skills in both English and Kiswahili.
Computer literate.

This initiative is termed as Big Results Now (BRN) and six sectors namely Agriculture, Education, Energy, Transportation, Water and Resource Mobilization were selected.
