Duties and Responsibilities:-

Assist Remote locations to attend customers.
Accounting and Reconciliation
Answer to specific enquiries from Western Union Financial Servvices International
Answer to general enquiries from customers worldwide
Answer to specific enquiries from locations within Tanzania Postal Bank Network (TPB and its Sub Agents)
Training and re-training new operators-formally and over the phone
Advice Marketing Department on required merchandising items
Installation of New Money Transfer software and training
Monitoring general network performance as per Smart Plan and other signed business agreements.

Experience and Knowledge:
Bachelor’s degree/Advanced Diploma in Banking, Economics, Commerce,Business

At least 1 - 3 years of relevant Banking Experience
Working knowledge of Equinox Functionality
Computer literate is desirable.

Collection of all commissions, fees and charges at 100%
Increase of transactions and Deposit values as per strategic plan
Daily Days work balanced, verified and signed
Ensure adherence to TPB core values
Reconcile all accounts and prepare required reports

Education/Professional qualification:

A National Form IV or VI certificate.
Holder of Foundation Stage I examination in Material Management of National
Procurement and Supplies Management
Examination or Diploma in Material
Management from a recognized institute.
Must be computer literate.
Must have a work experience of at least 2 years.
Application must not be more than 35 years of age.
Must be a Tanzania citizen.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Process procurement of supplies and services required by the user departments .
Plan and control supplies.
Design and maintain an effective and efficiency stores record keeping system.
Coordinate with user departments/unit or matters relating to procuring of stores in Materials Management .
Write and issue equipment, materials and maintain an effective and efficiency store record keeping system.
Receive stores and issues equipment, materials and supplies.
Count, sorts or weigh incoming articles to verify receipt item on requisition or invoices.
Ensure compliance with PPA and, relevant regulations.
In liason with Office Supervisor and accountant marks or courses to be marked, identifying, codes figures or letters on articles, equipment, furniture etc.
Supervises storage methods, conveys/transport materials and supplies
Prepare periodic, special or perpetual inventory/ stock reports.
Performs such other related duties as assigned by the Regional Manager. .
