Looking for a key client executive of the following profile - must be self starter with excellent communication skills & be 100% driven to succeed.
Managing a portfolio of key accounts.
Ability to make atleast 10 to 15 sales calls per day reaching out to sme and large corporates.
Experience of dealing with govt entities and bureaucracy will be an added advantage.
Experience in a communications company with VSAT operations will be an added advantage.
Must have good interpersonal skills in dealing with fellow colleagues.
General knowledge of it terminology for help desk, tech support and networking.

Entry Qualifications;
Holder of First Degree in Banking, Economics, Finance, Accountancy or equivalent from a recognized Institution with not less than 5 years relevant working experience in Credit Administration in a reputable firm, 2 of which should be at Senior Managerial level.

Duties and Responsibilities;

-Support Head of Credit in managing, identifying, and closely monitoring past dues and non performing assets, lending activity, and other portfolio trends.
-Provide feedback on portfolio performance, credit requests, and approval volume for individuals and account officers
-Conducts credit investigation and makes inspection visits to borrowing customers business premises a report submit to the Head of Credit.
-Ensures that disbursement of funds under credit facilities extended is in line with the laid down procedures
-Prepares all required credit returns and reports both internal as well as those for submission to the Bank of Tanzania.
-Follow up repayment of matured credit and undertakes appropriate measures to recover past due credits
-Ensures that all interest and fees from borrowing accounts are collected promptly.
-Reviews regularly all loans and advances, classify the advances according to the BOT Prudential Guidelines on management or Risk Assets and undertakes necessary measures to avoid deterioration of the quality of the institutions' overall credit portfolio.
-Co-ordinates with the Institution's Legal Department for legal action taken to recover
overdue facilities
-Reviews existing facilities of accounts on renewal dates and prepares recommendations for renewal of facilities on merit.
-Performing other duties as assigned to him/her by the Head of Credit

Purpose:
The Administration and HR Manager is responsible to the Team Leader for the overall smooth operations of the programme office, from developing and implementing operational plans for the programme to ensuring best practice is followed in managing programme staff and staffing.

Tasks:

-Developing and implementing operational guidelines for the office, including ensuring that office space is designed and kitted out in a way that is fit for purpose
-Manage asset control, assignment and movement; maintain an updated and accurate asset register and room lists, and ensure that all assets are properly labelled and whereabouts regularly verified
-Ensure effective office security, including liaison with security company and ensuring adherence to office security policies for all staff and visitors
-Ensure that all services are provided on a regular basis and provide good value; process and ensure that all office?running related bills are paid on time
-Ensure that all office equipment is operating and well?maintained, including LAN and telephone systems
-Manage procurement in a manner that is transparent, fair, and in accordance with policy and ensures value for money, and keep proper records; ensure all service provides and suppliers are effectively managed
-Prepare and submit timely and accurate monthly Admin reports and dashboards (eg. insurance, keys, etc)
-Developing and implementing a human resource management system for the programme office, including keeping all appropriate records for current and prospective staff
-Lead all recruitment and selection processes
-Lead development of a learning and development plan through training need analysis and initiating of learning programmes
-Lead consultations on how to ensure that the work, procedures/workflow within HR and within the programme as whole are optimal
-Effectively build the HR team so that it is fit for purpose

Skills and Experience:

-A degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or any other relevant discipline
-Technical proficiency in managing the tasks mentioned above
-At least three years’ experience related to either Administration or HR, or both
-Fluency in written and spoken English, preference for working knowledge of Kiswahili
-In possession of, or willing to obtain, a work permit for Tanzania
