Job Description:

Duties:
Ensure Program implementation ,supervision and management and enhance the delivery of the program
Serve as the main point of contact with program partners at District
Level (local NGO and District Government)
Supervise and coordinate partner activities in relation to the Program and continue to assess, support and evaluate all program partners during project implementation
Write end of year and quarterly narrative Program reports for donor and validate against associated financial reports
Responsible for budget control by track program spending
Provide timely and regular updates in M&E systems, deviations and take corrective action as needed
Organize and conduct training and orientation to partners on sanitation and hygiene approaches before their field implementation
Focus on the capacity building needs in the communities and support the partners to be able to provide the requires training and support to the communities
Strengthens and institutionalizes corporate monitoring systems and tools at the District level for effective management of outcomes and results
Collection, sharing and dissemination of program learning are at District level and at National level through reporting to the line manager.

Qualifications and Experience:

Education -University degree in water /environmental sanitation /community development /social science /development studies;
Masters level will be added advantage
Training -key exposure to courses on: partnership management; project management ;Human Rights'. Convention s e.g. CRC;
Monitoring and Evaluation; and various Water ,Sanitation and
Hygiene interventions approaches in developing countries
Skills and experience on Community Led Total Sanitation (CLTS) and Sanitation Marketing is desirable
Experience -demonstrate experience in community and/or international development including management experience ,including strong experience in multi-year ,large project management ,specifically involving Sanitation and Hygiene

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the review and approval of commercial credit proposals of the Bank and to maintain a good balance between returns and risks exposure

Participates with Country CCPL and Mortgage business in product development planning including approval of Product programs and Campaign proposals;

Ensures that credit risk exposures are managed within the established limits, appetite and standards and that regulatory reporting requirements are satisfied;

Is responsible for active participation in the design or selection, implementation & validation of models used in the rating process;

Roles & Responsibilities:

The jobholder is accountable to Credit Head for ensuring that all credit risks in the CCPL and Mortgage portfolios are identified and measured to agreed standards.

The jobholder is responsible for the development and maintenance of comprehensive and effective retail credit risk management and credit risk governance frameworks and practices, and for ensuring that these are aligned to the overall Group Governance Principles and Framework

Jobholder is responsible for managing Policy Analytic team, in order to ensure that ad hoc analysis is produced as per agreed deadlines with a high level of accuracy.

Jobholder is required to oversee the mortgage appraisal process in line with the Group Credit Process Standards in order to ensure appraisal values are produced within an acceptable time frame and are fair representations of the market value of the property.

Jobholder is responsible for reviewing and approving loss forecasting for Retail Lending products, to ensure that the forecast is accurate to within an agreed level of tolerance
