Job Title: Bank Desk Officer

Duties:
• Perform all activities regarding to documentation (document collections, dissemination and storage)
• Perform all customer care activities as defined by TFC Management
• Prepare monthly on the progress of the Bank Capital Collection for TFC and Cooperative Bank Investors
• Making follow-up on the pledges by cooperative societies
• Design Promotional Campaign and implement
• Making follow-up for registration processes from the appointed authorities
• Conducting and Supervising Bank Transactions
• Prepare and reveal information about the bank to TFC management and stakeholders whenever needed

Qualifications;
• Holder of an Advanced Certificate or Bachelor Degree on Banking and Finance, or its equivalent qualification from a recognized Academic Institution, plus a practical experience of not less than two (2) years in the field of Banking and Finance.

Employment Status;
• One (f) year Contract on renewable basis
•Salary scale: TFCG 6-7

•As approved by the Board

Job Title: ICT Officer(Two Posts).

Duties and Responsibilities:
•To perform equipment repair, diagnosis and resolution of software and hardware problems;
•To perform all functions required to prepare and install software to computers and related equipment, including connections to the data and voice communications network;
•To report faults and undertake some minor maintenance To train users in the basic operation and maintenance of computers and related components;
•To develop system specifications, write and test programmes and compile support documentation and manuals;

Qualifications and Experience:

Job Title:  Assistant Technician/Mechanics

Responsibilities:
•Reports to Technicians.
•Assist Senior Technicians and Technicians in the execution of assignments.
•Undertake general repair and maintenance works of vehicles and plants pertaining rebuilding engines; transmissions and mechanical systems under supervision of Senior Technicians,
•Maintain vehicle records pertaining service and repair.
•Ensure smooth and safe operation of workshop machines/ equipment and proper use of tools.
•Ensure industrial and workshop safety regulations.
•Ensure daily routine activities ore accomplished as assigned,
•Advise superiors pertaining to technical matters.
•Any other duties as May assigned to him/her by the supervisors

Qualifications:
•Minimum Form IV; NVTC/VETA Trade Test Grade/Levell or equivalent in Automobiles/Motor mechanics.

Experience:
•At least 3 years working experience in repair and maintenance of vehicles in a reputable workshop.
•Ability to work under minimal supervision.
