Duty Station: Dar es Salaam
Duties:
Preparing all employment contracts and offer letters
Supporting managers in all aspects of recruitment, selection and other HR Administration duties
Weekly preparation of recruitment and new hire reports
To be the HR system Administrator
Prepare general staff letters
Maintain awareness of current and predict recruitment requirements
Process secondments, promotions, transfers, training and update the system
Work with Managers to provide end of year manpower needs and prepare reports and logs to support
Interprate and implement details of the scheme of service for managers when needed
Plan, collate and present salary survey results to the HR Director
Work Experience / Skills:
Recruitment process with robust negotiation and influencing skills (E)
Good verbal and written communication skills ( E)
Good analytical and time management skills (E)
Good report writing skills (E)
Qualifications:
Qualification in HR or any other relevant undergraduate degree (E)
