The purpose of this post is to provide support for Appropriate CCMP programs design, Training of Resource persons, and support coordinators in Monitoring and evaluation for the program. CCT works as a Capacity Building organization for Tearfund Partners and one of the responsibilities is to create a pool of CCMP capacity Builders through trainings.
The trainer may be required to provide technical support to other African Countries based on the request from Church organizations and other Faith based organizations collaborating with CCT as part of his responsibility.
Responsibilities:
-Reports to the Head of Deportment responsible for coordination of CCMP activities at CCT Works with all the CCMP coordinators and partner staff contracted to work in the CCMP programmes in Tanzania in planning and organizing trainings at Diocese level
-Coordinates closely with the other coordinators in or seconded to the office of Tearfund
-Works with the CCT CCMP Coordinator in planning and organizing CCMP trainings and other CCMP related activities for the Dioceses in direct coordination by CCT
-Facilitate church related capacity building initiatives through Envisioning of Church leaders in Ten Dioceses in Tanzania ignited for Integral Mission.
-Work with the CCMP coordinator in ensuring that theological colleges are having integral mission as part of the curriculum; with specific focus of Msalato Theological College Nassa Theological College and one Lutheran theological College
-A resource pool of community level facilitators trained and active in CCMP in all Diocese requesting for support from CCT
-CCMP methodologies used that are sensitive to DRR, HIV AIDS, peace and reconciliation related and environmental issues
-Provide Technical support for Strategic planning, Community based program evaluations and other technical work as per request form CCT Member Dioceses
-Work with all supported Partners in assessing the training needs for CCMP and developing proposals the following years.
General Conditions
The applicant must be a devoted Christian from CCT member Churches and must have his/her application be endorsed by the Bishop or Church Leader, enclosed with copies of certificates and an up to date CV; with names and addresses of two referees.
Qualifications
Holder of a Masters Degree or Bachelors Degree or its equivalent in Theology, Community Development, Rural Development, Business Administration, Human Resource Management or Education from a recognized University/Institution; with three years experience minimum in a similar position. Must have a minimum age of 30 years.
