Duties and Responsibilities
• Teach students up to NTA level 9 (Master’s Degree).
• Guide and supervise students in building up their practical and research projects.
• Prepare learning resources and design training exercise for students.
• Conduct consultancy and community services.
• Undertake individual research.
• Supervise and guide post-graduate students.
• Prepare teaching manuals, simulations and case studies for training.
• Coach junior teaching staff.
• Assume managerial leadership roles e.g. Coordination of academic programmes or major research projects and consultancy.
Qualifications and Experience:
• PhD holder in Official Statistics from a recognized higher learning institution.
• The applicant should as well have experience in teaching, research and consultancy in Environment Statistics; Energy Statistics; Poverty Statistics; Infrastructure and Construction Statistics; and Survival Analysis.
• Has published at least three papers in international journals.
Terms of Contract
• Permanent and pensionable terms and favorable conditions of service.
Remuneration:
Attractive remuneration salary according to institution`s scale PHTS 11

Qualifications and Experience:
• Master’s Degree in Actuarial Science from a recognized higher learning institution and must possess a GPA of 3.5 and above at undergraduate level.
• Teaching experience in a NACTE system will be an added advantage.

• Teach students up to NTA level 10 (PhD level).
• Guide and supervise students in building up their practical and research projects.
• Prepare learning resources and design training exercise for students.
• Conduct consultancy and community services.
• Undertake individual research.
• Supervise and guide post-graduate students.
• Prepare teaching manuals, simulations and case studies for training.
• Coach junior teaching staff.
• To assume managerial leadership roles e.g. Coordination of academic programmes or major research projects and consultancy

Qualifications and Experience:
• PhD holder in Research Methodology from a recognized higher learning institution. The applicant should as well have experience in teaching, research and consultancy in sampling; survey research methodology; designing and organizing large scale surveys; experimental design; and small area estimation.
• The applicant should also have worked as Senior Lecturer in a recognized higher learning institution,
• Has published at least three papers in international journals.
