Main Responsibilities:
• The successful candidates will be responsible for the following key result areas:
• Thoroughly familiarizes oneself with comparative (own and competition) readership, circulation and rates and cost of advertising in all print and electronic media.
• Identifies potential advertising clients. studies their business, current and potential customers and to convince the clients the value and benefits of advertising in newspapers and publications published by the Company.
• Executes sales by discussing and obtaining accurate client requirements. size of advertisements dates for insertion and price and obtains confirmation signatures of the authorized client representative.    
• Assists clients in the preparation of the advertising copy and leases with the Graphic Designer for professional advice on artwork.
• Prepares daily call plans and reports and discusses them with the Classified Sales Manager and reports any problems encountered for assistance and guidance.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Academic: Basic University Degree Professional: Diploma in Sales & Marketing
Experience: 1-2 years working experience
Excellent communication skills (English & Swahili)

Job Description:
The Energy and Water Utilities Regulatory Authority (EWURA) is-an independent world class regulatory authority responsible for licensing, tariff regulation and quality of service regulation 0 f the electricity, water, petroleum and natural gas sectors. EWURA has the following vacancy for which suitably qualified Tanzanian-citizen are invited to apply      
Roles;
• To ensure timely and -effective provision' of financial administrative, human resources and information and communication technology services to the Authority
• Assisting the Director General in formulating financial plan and I budgets, and ensuring that operations proceed according to agreed plans and budget;
• To monitor financial expenditure as per approved budget, procedures and policies;
• To ensure that all administrative activities are carried out in the best - interest of the Authority;
• To oversee competitive management of human resources;
• To ensure that the Authority has a operating information and communication technology system at any given time;
• To oversee establishment and application of systems and procedures for finance, administration, human resources and information and communication technology;
• To ensure that all approved and normal operations pertaining to finance, administration, human resources and information and communication activities are carried out on time and according to approved budget;
• To oversee prudent management of the Authority's resources, including to keep records on their utilization;
• To effectively administer all resources allocated to the Division, including offering technical and operational support to staff members in the Division;
• To coordinate and administer operations of the Zonal Offices;
• To undertake any other duties as assigned by the Director General
Academic Qualifications and Experience
• The ideal incumbent for this position should have the following qualifications and experience:
• University Degree/Advanced Diploma majoring in Accounting or Finance from a recognized higher learning institution;
• Masters Degree majority in Accounting or Finance;
• Certified Public Accountant, CPA (T) or ACCA and must be registered with the National Board of Accountants and Auditors ~ (NBAA) in the category of either Associate Certified Public Accountants (ACPAs) or Associate Certified Public Accountant in Public Practice (ACPA-PPs) or Fellow Certified Public Accountants
• (FCPAs);
• Knowledge and Competence in Information and Communication
• Technology (ICT) application and familiarity with at least one of the accounting softwares;
• A strong background of International Financial Reporting Standards
• (FRS) and good knowledge of Public Sector Accounting and
• Reporting Principles; and
• Not less than eight (8) years work experience in relation fields out of which three (3) years should be at a senior management position.
In addition, the Director of Corporate Affairs will also be required to have the following general knowledge and skills:
• Ability to set up and use databases;
• Ability to draft non-technical reports; and
