Duties and Responsibilities
• Implements admission policies, regulations and procedures,
• Responsible for registration of students,
• Makes correspondences regarding admission matters,
• Receives and processes admission applications,
• Responsible for planning, co-coordinating, directing and controlling students’ admission matters,
• Keeps proper records of all students’ admission matters,
• Ensures proper implementation of examination policies, regulations and procedures,
• Responsible for registration of students for examinations,
• Responsible for compilation of examination results,
• Responsible for all correspondences regarding examination matters in consultation with the management,
• Responsible for receiving and processing examination applications, complaints and appeals,
• Responsible for keeping proper records of all students’ examination matters,
• Responsible for coordination of moderation of draft examination papers in accordance with the Institute examination regulations.
• Ensures examination papers and materials are handled with utmost security
• Performs any other duties that may be assigned by Supervisor
Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Statistics, Business Studies, Administration or equivalent qualifications (1 Post).
AND
• Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma in Information Technology, Computer science or equivalent qualifications (1Post)

Duties and Responsibilities
• Teaches up to NTA level 9,
• Guides and supervises students in building up their practical and research projects,
• Prepares learning resources and design training exercises for students ,
• Conducts consultancy and community services,
• Develops and reviews existing curriculum,
• Undertakes individual research and participates in scientific/academic congregations ,
• Conducts examinations and submits results to the relevant authorities timely,
• Prepares teaching manuals, simulations and case studies for training,
• Coaches junior teaching staff and

Qualifications and Experience
PhD, degree (NTA Level 10 or equivalent) and eligible for registration with NACTE as
Technical Teacher.
OR
Registered professional with Master's degree (NTA Level 9 or equivalent); with at least 10 years' experience in relevant work industry; and at least 5 papers of retrievable publications or Consultancy/Research reports of the academically and professionally appreciable depth in the following fields of study:-

DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORT ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY.
• Transport Engineering Studies -3 Posts.
DEPARTMENT OF LOGISTICS AND TRANSPORT STUDIES
• Logistics or transport studies -3 posts.

• Advises and assists the Deputy Rector - PFA on matters pertaining to Real Estates and technical services
• Ensures maintenance and cleaning of Institute properties and environment
• Examines bills of quantities of Real Estates related activities/works and technical services
• Prepares work schedules of Real Estates management and related technical services
• Prepares budget for maintenance works
• Supervises and manages Institute’s Development Projects.
• Develops short and long term programmes for the Institute’s general improvement related to landscaping of the campus grounds and drainage systems
• Formulates policies on Real Estates Management of the Institute.
• Ensures Institute machines and equipment are in good working order
• Ensures innovative approaches to conditioning, maintaining, and upgrading the built and un-built environment.
• Plans, organizes, implements and controls all activities and services related to Real Estate
• Management.
• Devises methods and procedures for monitoring and control of Estates functions.
• Coordinates work programs in collaboration with building and maintenance staff of the Estates
• Coordinates the preparation of the physical master plan.
• Prepares and compiles budget estimates for Capital Development.
• Coordinates the effective maintenance and rehabilitation of the infrastructure.
• Performs any other related duties as may be assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications and Experience
• Master’s Degree in Land Management and Valuation, Environmental Engineering/Architecture/Building Economics/Civil Engineering, or equivalent qualifications.
• Working experience in a senior position in a related field for at least six (6) years.
