Job Description:

Deloitte Tanzania is seeking candidates for an anticipated five year USAID - funded Monitoring and Evaluation program in Tanzania. The program will provide on the ground support on performance monitoring, data verification, evaluation of the impact, output and outcome results and environmental compliance of the USAID/Tanzania program portfolio.

We are seeking experts in the following areas:

1-Performance monitoring and evaluation
2-Data Quality Assessment (DQA)
3-Development of performance monitoring tools
4-Program performance and impact evaluations
5-Spatial data analysis
6-Production of GIS products
7-Capacity building (specifically around data use, M&E, DQA, GIS, and other relevant areas)

Requirements:

•Minimum Bachelor's degree in relevant field. Higher degree preferred
•10 years of demonstrated experience in relevant area or Master's degree and five years of experience in the requested field
•Previous experience with USAID or other donor preferred
•English fluency required
