Job Title: Customer Management Team Leader
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
•Set clear achievable targets, objectives and develop practical plans to achieve those targets
•Manage available resources efficiently to meet the goals within the set time frame.
•Coach and motivate the team to deliver best results
•Manage and monitor the team’s top customers to ensure these customers are sustained and providing continuous contribution to production.
•Prepare regular reports on the performance of the team and identify plans of action.
•Follow up with the credit controller to drive customers to pay on time as contracted and as per credit policies.
Experience and Skills:
•At least 4 years’ experience in a similar position in either a record management team , or service industry , preferably banks
•Organization & Planning Skills
•Communication Skills
•Selling Skills
•Negotiation Skills
•Goals Setting
