Job Title: Operations Manager

Requirements:
•Procurement operations at all units across Tanzania.
•Credit and Risk management.
•Warehousing, Logistics and Shipping.
•Overhead and Direct Cost budgeting and management.
•Managing and developing teams across various units, shipping, warehousing.

Qualifications & Experience
•Graduate with around 10-15 years of experience.
•Operations experience in commodities or Sales and distribution experience in fmcg. Managed large teams dispersed across regions.
•Willing to travel extensively and manage upcountry locations.
•Ability to adapt and work with people across different culture/nationalities
