Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting and Learning Plan (MERL Plan) for the Pamoja Tuwalee program and complementary projects.
S/he supports coordination of Pact's MERL activities and the reporting of data under Pamoja Tuwaleeand other USG regulations, training of staff and partners on monitoring systems and facilitating their use in tracking progress against program targets.
S/he supports the development of evaluation tools and methods for Pamoja Tuwalee and related projects and supports gathering and analyzing data for project M&E.
S/he participates in the development and delivery of training workshops and other capacity building interventions and serves as a mentor to NGOs and provide technical assistance in various areas relating to MERL.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years professional experience working in the field of Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting, preferably working with donor funded programs;
Bachelor's degree in related field is required, master's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
The position requires solid computer skills to collect and analyze information, strong written and oral communication skills in English and Kiswahili.
The candidate should have experience in training and workshop implementation and proven ability to develop and maintain effective work relationships with government and other NGO counterparts.
