Job Description:
Duties and responsibilities:
• Finding customers for Volvo Equipment's or trucks.
• Finding customers for Volvo Equipment's or trucks and spare parts.
• Finding customers for garage.
• Making follow-up and cramming the payments from customer.
• Control payment in and out.
• Control tax-invoice.
• She will be moving to the different location and contact with customers.
• Preparation of proforma – invoice (quotation).
• Performing other activities as assigned by her supervisors.
Education Level:
• Bachelor degree in Commerce and marketing, Business Administration and or other related fields.
• Working experience at least 2years performing same activities.
Advanced Criteria:
• Good knowledge in Microsoft word & excel
• Financial knowledge
• Customer care skills
• Business language
• Able to work and cope with pressure
