Job Description:
In October 2013, Children in Crossfire initiated a 4-year programme called "Fursa kwa Watoto" (Opportunity for Children). The programme will combine direct interventions with 27,000 children in schools in Kilimanjaro and Mwanza Regions with local and national advocacy that will inform decision makers and lead to improved allocated resources for pre-primary education in Tanzania. Children in Crossfire is leading the implementation in collaboration with multiple partners at the international, national and regional levels.
Education Programme Coordinator - To provide support for Children in Crossfire's 'Fursa kwa Watoto' Programme to improve quality of pre-primary education in Tanzania. Specific responsibilities include support for the Programme Manager with programme implementation, coordination, representation, work with partners, monitoring and evaluation as well as administrative, financial and information management for the programme.

How to Apply:
Both positions require an undergraduate degree in a relevant subject area. Both positions are 12-month.renewable contracts and are based in Dar es Salaam with the expectation of frequent travel within the Country.
The closing date for all entries is 5pmon the Friday 23 January 2015. Interviews will take place on the week commencing 2 February 2015 in Dar es Salaam.
