The Climate Change, Agriculture and Poverty Alleviation (CCAP) initiative was a 27-month partnership project involving ActionAid, MJUMITA, MVIWATA, the Tanzania Organic Agriculture Movement and the Tanzania Forest Conservation Group. The 'intermediate' objective of the project is that 'Tanzania has developed and is implementing policies and strategies that prioritise support.to small-scale farmers to enable them to improve their livelihoods through the adoption of climate-smart agriculture and sustainable land and natural resources management
